| Important Notes: |

Official hotel check-in time is 1600hrs onwards on either 9 or 10 May and check-out time is at/before 1100hrs on 13 May. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to room availability at the discretion of the hotel. |

The dates of the convention cannot be substituted. For 300% & 150% qualifiers who arrive after Sunday, 10 May there will be no encashment or 'make up' days. |
| 3. |
The AIA appointed hotels in Marrakech & Casablanca require all hotel guests to be registered with passport during check-in. |
| 4. |
Due to the limited number of rooms available, NO single supplement rooms/upgrading will be offered (applicable to 150% & 100% qualifiers). |
| 5. |
For those who require single rooms for special reasons, please write to aiaMarrakech2026@micematters.com. All requests will be subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| 6. |
Land program will only start on the day after arrival as shown in the program outline. |
| 7. |
There is no encashment if you opt out of any of the convention hosted tours, transfers and meals. |

Qualifiers who have registered their attendance but did not turn up for the convention will be considered as 'No Shows'. For 'No Shows' and for Qualifiers who transferred their attendance privilege to a Non-Qualifier, he/she will be imposed the full convention cost and cash-in-lieu will be forfeited. |
| 9. |
All special requests for accommodation and meals are subject to availability. Please indicate any requests on the registration form. |

| It is the responsibility of the Qualifier to find a twin-sharing roommate. |

If the qualifier does not have a roommate, the organiser will attempt to find a match on a best-effort basis, failing which you may have to incur the cost for a single room. |

| It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that their international passport has a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of return. |

| AIA Singapore Pte Ltd and M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for expenses, reimbursement, visa fees or refund of tour prices if passenger is refused entry by any country for whatever reasons. |

| Singaporean, Malaysian, Chinese, Filipino, Indonesian do not require a tourist visa for stays under 90 days to enter Morocco.

| Travel Insurance & Personal Responsibility |
| AIA Singapore Pte Ltd strongly recommends all registered Qualifiers & AP to purchase travel insurance cover. A Qualifier who is not insurable under a travel insurance policy for health reasons will be responsible for his / her medical treatment. |

| AIA Singapore Pte Ltd, M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd and the hotel will not bear the cost for any medical treatment required during the stay, or cancellation / withdrawal of stay due to health condition. |

| Cancellation Charges for any additional services booked |
| In the event of cancellation of any additional services beyond the main convention programme arranged by M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd, written notice or email confirmation must be received by M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd for it to take effect and to prevent any misunderstanding. |

| Unused Services of Any Additional Services Booked |
| There will be no refunds for any additional travel and tour services booked and confirmed by M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd (e.g. air ticket, accommodation, meals or any other services) that are not utilized in part or in full by the tour member. |

| Responsibility Clause |
| M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd and its associate agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals. |
| |
| We assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to any person or property. |
| |
| M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd will ensure that all services provided are according to the program. However, M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd may alter or modify the program in the interest of Qualifier & AP and the convention in circumstances over which M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd has no control over. |

| Claims |
| All claims against M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd must be made in writing within 14 days after the completion of the convention. All disputes, if any, will be subject to the Singapore Court of Law. |

| The Right to Reject |
| M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bookings made for a tour member or decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour, if any such person may appear likely to endanger the health, safety or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour. |
| |
| M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd further reserves the right to cancel these reservations if for any reason, any airline, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow the passenger to take part in the tour. In any of the foregoing events, M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd's sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the amount for services utilized, administrative and cancellation fees. |
